I don’t see my course information listed at Florida CE Broker

From your Dashboard, go to the Completed Courses page to see if your courses are listed as having been reported to CE Broker, indicated by a green button with a check mark. Clicking the button will show you when you completed the course and when it was reported to CE Broker.  

If they have not been reported, please go to the Your Licenses page under the Licenses tab and make sure that your license information is entered correctly.

While it is usually instant, occasionally there is a delay between when your course credit is reported and when it shows up in your CE Broker account. Allow up to 24 hours for CE Broker to process reported credits. If after that you still don’t see the course listed in your record, contact us using the Help icon at bottom-right of the page, call our live support at 1-888-459-1680 M-F 7:00 AM PST - 4:00 PM PST, click this link to Contact Us or email us at [email protected].
