Course CE Approvals Tab FAQ
The CE Approvals tab will automatically check the course's CE approval information and your entered license information.
Without a license entered:
If you do not have a license entered into your account, you will see a beige notice stating that you do not have a license entered yet. To quickly add a license via that notice, click the blue Add License button. Below that notice you will see a list of major national and state approval boards that accept the course, but please note you must enter a license to see accurate approval information specific to you.

With a license entered:
If you have a license entered and a course is not accepted for your license, you will see a warning box that says "There are no approvals for this course relevant to your licenses". If you suspect this notice may be incorrect, first re-enter your license by clicking the licenses tab, then Your Licenses and Certifications delete your license entry by clicking the red trash can on the top right of the box, then click OK. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support staff via the chat function on the Help window, via the Contact Us button under the Resources tab, or give us a call at +1-720-307-2328 M-F 7:00 AM PST - 4:00 PM PST.

Special circumstances:
If you have a license under a board that administers multiple license tiers (for example Ohio Addiction OCDPB) make sure that the approval statement for your board mentions your license specifically. This is rare, so the majority of approval statements will not list license types.
