Why is my course not reported to CE-Broker?

Courses are generally reported to CE-Broker within 24 hours of completing the course.  If they have not been reported after 24 hours, please go to the Your Licenses page, found under the Licenses tab and make sure that your license information is entered correctly, exactly as it reads on the boards website.  The system needs the license information to send CE-Broker the course information. 

You can check to see if a course has been submitted by going to the Completed Courses page on your account. Clicking the green button with the check mark will show you when you completed the course and when it was reported to CE Broker.  

If they have not been reported, please go to the Your Licenses page under the Licenses tab and make sure that your license information is entered correctly.

While it is usually instant, occasionally there is a delay between when your course credit is reported and when it shows up in your CE Broker account. Allow up to 24 hours for CE Broker to process reported credits.
